It's a family lot with much space. I furnished it fully, there is one masterbedroom and another bedroom with three single beds. So it fits perfectly for a large family.



You only need the basegame and I used no custom content.
The garden is not much decorated so it should not lag as some houses which are heavily decorated. It was build like my other lots considering to be good playable.
