I made this house a while back as a beach lot, but the walk out basement/lower level made it very hard to place so I rebuilt it as a regular lot.

Please download blake boy's sofa mesh (furnished version only) & be sure you have Inge's sectional mod hack to be sure they show up properly in your game.
