It is a smaller version of the "Large Spacious Villa" for not so rich Sims, who still like it a little bit pretentious.
Attention: The piano was placed with the cheat "boolprop snapobjectstogrid false" so that the doors are still usable.
Let your Sims move in! I hope they will like it.
