I've left the type and placement of the basic bath and kitchen needs out and you can decide where to put things. (Plumbing, appliances and counters... 'cuz I'm tired and my butt aches. :P)

First floor:



First floor rooms: Parlor, library, dining, kitchen, bath and possible small laundry.

Second floor:



Second floor rooms: 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths

Third floor:



Third floor rooms: Ball or recreation room, bedroom and bath.
