A good deal smaller than most of the lots I usually upload (perhaps this warmer weather calls for increased restraint!) I received a request from someone to create something that wasn't a great gaudy behemoth but could still satisfy a small family (and look good doing it.) The year is a bit simplistic, but I figure whoever wants their dream garden can create it themselves. =] It includes three bedrooms, two baths, formal living and dining rooms, library and pool, and a driveway to accomodate two vehicles. Down-sizing doesn't have to mean down-grading!
