This time i bring you 1 Birchwood street. It was supposed to be a starter but i kinda overdid with the furnishing and it now costs 73950,still i might post a starter version. It is suitable for older couples or couples who won't have any kids...It requires Nightlife and has NO CUSTOM CONTENT.
