Okay, I love Victorian terraces, and that inspired me with this novel idea:

Imagine a stately Victorian terrace in London, bombed during the Second World War, and only one survives. For years, the house and the land around it are left to wrack and ruin, until one day, a brave developer steps in, spruces up the house, and sells it on to the next soul who recognises its full potential!
