This lot was made with anygamestarter! And need the following EP's:
Sims2, Nightlife and Mansion and Garden.


This lovely Victorian home has everything a Sim needs.
It is build on a 4 x 4 lot, fully decorated and furnished. The price of this Victorian residential? Only $ 442.225 Simoleons! (read below!)

The mainfloor contains:

A garage with a familycar, entrance with patio, hall, 1/2 bathroom, studyroom with internet, a large livingroom with an open kitchen with all necessary luxery your Sim desire!


On the Firstfloor:

A large masterbedroom, a luxery bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub, shower and toilet. 2 bedrooms and a nursey, they share together the other luxery bathroom.


The 2nd floor has:

A fitnissroom, a pokerroom and a bar. On this floor your Sim can practise painting, play darts.
