This lot was made with anygamestarter! And need the following EP's:
Sims2, Nightlife and Mansion and Garden.


This lovely Victorian home has everything a Sim needs.
It is build on a 3 x 3 lot, fully decorated and furnished. The price of this Victorian residential? Only $ 355.807 Simoleons! (read below!)

The mainfloor contains:

2 Entrances, 1 garage (yep!) with a familycar inside, a living with a flatscreen TV and stereo, in the tower a library, a half bathroom, a kitchen with all nessesary luxery like dishwasher and trashcompactor, a diningarea with a porch where your Sim can enjoy their meal outside. There are 4 patio's.


On the Firstfloor:

On this floor are 2 bedrooms and a nursery, a full bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet, bathtub and shower. In the tower is a study with an internetconnetion.
And there is a patio at the back side of the house.


The 2nd floor has:

The 2nd floor has a masterbedroom, a full bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet, bathtub and shower. In the large tower is a readersnook. On this floor is also a patio and your Sim can paint in the small tower.

Outside

There is a very lovely garden, a pool with sunbeds and a terrace.
