Chocolaterie "Maya" – from movie "Chocolat"

I really liked the film "Chocolat" – and I loved the chocolaterie, where the action mostly took place. The house was shown really much in the film, so, like with other reallife buildings, I decided to recreate this one too in The Sims 2. It took me half year and here is the result. (More pictures of the Chocolaterie in the movie are here)
There are two livable floors - on the first floor is the chocolaterie itself, a bit lower in half basement - chocolaterie’s kitchen but on the second floor is a small apartment with kitchen, living/dining area and bedroom. Nor the bathrooms themselves nor a place where they could be, weren’t shown in the film, so I squeezed two really small ones on the first and on the second floor behind the kitchens.
This house is supposed to be a home business, two sims (or three, if like in the film, one sleeps on the couch) can live upstairs. There are sellable objects already placed in the chocolaterie on MagicDisplay Trays and stackable shelves.

Compatibility: Requires ALL EPs (up to and including Apartment Life) and Garden & Mansion Stuff. I have installed all SPs (except for H&M Fashion and Happy Holiday), but I tried to use only objects from Garden and Mansion and Kitchen & Bath SPs – so they both are only required. Use Clean Installer to install lot.

Master files (KitchenBasic counter and two more recolors for it by buggybooz; Manor House Kitchen cabinet, potrack and stove; Mission Window; Concrete Spiral stairs - Left turn), animation file for Marvine spiral stairs, diagonals for windows, doors and curtains (for all are the same credits as below) and my custom meshes and Maxis recolors (including a halfwall by me), which didn’t package with the lot, are included in the rar archive. Before installing the lot put these files in your Downloads folder. I know that there are many custom content but I'm sure that a lot of it you already have and many are recolors which won't clutter your catalog.

*Some recolors to show up may need CEP.
*If you want to move something, be careful, because there are many OMSPs in the first floor and I used snapobjectstogrid cheat a lot.
*I built this lot for playing with walls up and roof on.
*I had some odd problems with LaBoheme fireplace but I think it was only for me, anyway - if your sims time gets strangely slow, remove this fireplace.
*I put fire alarms in both kitchens and a retro phone in Chocolaterie but I forgot burglar alarm.
