The zeroHouse couldn’t find a place in the real world, but it fits very good in The Sims 2. House has everything sim needs with a wide enough yard for – whatever your sim wants – a pool, greenhouse, pond or a skate rink; now I placed there simply a hammock. In front of house is a driveway for one car (but there is space to place one more driveway on the other side of a house). There are 2 floors, on the 1st are kitchen with dining and a livingroom, on the 2nd there are bathroom, master bedroom and one more room, which could be a study or another bedroom because house has space for (max) 4 sims. House is ready to move in – it has already placed phones in both floors, alarms, is furnished and really comfortable to play.

*Car in the picture is not really placed there and is not included. (Compare the picture with the real house, it is exactly the same car! Thanks to Fresh Prince - you can get the car here.) To place car on the driveway you don’t need a cheat, but because the driveway goes out of the lot edge, a part of car driving away animation is lost. To move the driveway, you will need to turn moveobjects on.

Compatibility: Requires all EPs up to and including Free Time. Most of furnishing is from Ikea Home and Kitchen & Bath SP, but I have installed them all up to and including Ikea Home Stuff (so there are some decorative items from other SPs). If you don’t have these Stuff Packs, use Clean Installer to install lot and you will get kinda half furnished version, which you could furnish with available items.

Before installing lot put this file in your downloads folder.
P.S. To join up sofa requires Inge's sectionalsofa patch http://forums.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?p=1393933 (download at your own risk, works fine in my game, if don't do that, will lose the long sofa). If you have Shaklin's sectionalsofa patch, you'll have to remove that from your downloads folder in order for this to work.
