This is my main house for families. It has three bedrooms, 2 baths, den and a garage. There is also a garden freshly grown with every type of plant (but death flower. Right now it's decorated with high end furniture, but I tend to buy it empty and redecorate it for new families. It's made for the smallest lot in game.
