My evil vampire witch Sim needed a nice house that said "please stop by, you may never leave again, but please stop by."

It's fully furnished with a secret entrance to the basement where her coffin and cauldron can be found. To get into the basement tell your Sim to read the "Mysterious Book" on the bookshelf.
