Moving in has never been easier for a sim. A nice blank canvas, clean fresh rooms. Its almost like it was built only yesterday! (Thats beacuse it was) Sim life cant get much easier than this, leaving your mothers basement with some money that your grandparents passed down to you. Maybe even bring your girlfriend along and plan out a family. All the magic needs a start and where better than an open planned modern house. All set up for you to make a home!

Comments, Feedback, all of that would be apriciated. I plan to upload my more designed houses soon (This is more like woah big projects). But for this one, I just wanted a simple. Easy to customise, Easy to fit in house. Something i could really use as a starter home no matter what kinda sim i was creating.
