This is the third home in the "plain, see-through, minimalistic modern House with anchored and illuminated wallblinds and blue accents". Or simply "Ambition White, Medium".

Again, the main concept is plain, minimalistic, white, spacious (kind of suitable for ADHD-Sims) and you can see right through the whole house. Or, on the other hand you have a perfect view around, and the sunlight always finds its way in. All furniture is mainly white to amplify the sunlight inside the house and with small blue applications and an occasional blue lightning.

The medium sized home is close to overkill with lights, wallblinds and railings.
It has a seperate office room for your PI, writer, reporter or firesim
It has an unfurnished cellar so you store your adventure rewards, sculptures or park you car. There is also some free space in front of the house where you can add a second parking space, a pond, your garden, a sculpting station, workbench or a large parking space for the Woo Woo 4000.
