Although originally built at 9 Sun Song Avenue, this 20x30 lot can be placed wherever it'll fit, with an appearance to blend into almost any part of either Sunset Valley or Riverview.

The lot has been play-tested. The only issue I found was sending a sim home. He seemed to run to the left hand side of the house, rather than the only accessible from the road front door. I have no idea why he does this, and whether it'll happen to other sims, but it's no major issue.
