The Steppington House

This house is (vaguely) based off a floor plan I found online. The original design plan called for an attached garage but after much trial and error with the constrainfloorelevation cheat, I finally gave up and designed a carport-ish area instead. The house is very large; comes with a full basement and 2 other floors. 5 Bedrooms and 7 Bathrooms means there is ample space for even your largest Sim family. The original design had the Master Bedroom on the 2nd floor and that is where I also intended it to be, but after building additional space in the basement, I think the 5th bedroom in the basement is more suiting of the “Master Bedroom” title. The Kitchen and Dining Room are gigantic and as an afterthought I think it would make more sense to just combine them and use either room as something else, but that’s totally up to you.

I finally have Nightlife (yay!) but in order to keep the file size to a minimum, I have once again left out the garage and driveway. I have furnished the bathrooms again as well to give you an idea of how I had intended them to look. No other furnishings included; if you’re anything like me, there’s nothing you hate more than downloading a house and having to spend the next 2 hours deleting and re-furnishing it, so I’ve left the interior design stuff up to you.
