This is, by far, my most favorite house I’ve ever built so I thought it was appropriate for my first upload! The house sits on a 5x3 lot and features a large backyard complete with a pool, Jacuzzi and plenty more room for whatever else you may desire to build/buy. The house is UNFURNISHED except for the bathrooms - I felt it was necessary to furnish these as I build my bathrooms in such a specific way, but of course that doesn’t mean you have to keep them that way. There are 4 bedrooms (room for 8 Sims) but if your family is smaller or you feel that’s just too many bedrooms, the 4th bedroom can be used as a bonus room for, again, whatever you deem necessary to put there - exercise room, library, large office, game room - the possibilities are endless. The house has a very modern feel; with the same neutral toffee paint used throughout and an open floor plan. There is a large kitchen area directly connected to the dining room, both of which flow nicely into the living room. A patio off the living room offers quick and easy barbequing access.

I do not have Nightlife (yet) but I do have the Garage and Driveway package from theSims2.com. I packaged and zipped and went back to delete items from this house multiple times trying to get it down to the proper upload size but the smallest size I could get was 13mb! That is, until I removed the garage and driveway and now it’s a modest 2mb-ish file, so you will have to add your own garage and driveway (sorry!)
