Deck House is a funky little house for a sociable family or friends sharing. The ground floor has a ton of windows looking onto the deck and garden for that outside in feeling (If only we could have bi-fold doors in game!) There's two double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open plan eat-in kitchen and lounge and two further rooms one of which is an office, the other has plenty of room for hobbies. There's parking and a lanscaped garden. (The car shown is not included in the download).

It has one previous careful owner, she was very handy with a spanner and has upgraded almost everything in the house - stereo throughout the house, unbreakable plumbing, fireproof stove etc.
