Are you looking for a modern house perfect for a small family? Well, here is a great choice for your sims! I designed this house off a real house, so it should look fairly realistic. I've never built on a lot that wasn't flat, so this time I placed the house on hill.



I decided later that I wanted to add a sunken garage. And it was difficult, let me tell you -_-. I wouldn't recommend adding more to that floor unless you're used to the constrainfloorelevation cheat.
