This home looks rustic from the outside but is decorated some what elegantly inside. There are two master bedrooms and two master baths. There are two offices in the home. One is on the main floor and the other is on the second level. The home has a lovely large eat in kitchen. It has a living area that comes with a fireplace and a comfortable place to relax. There is a work out room on the second level, also has entertainment. There is an open sitting area to watch the swimmers in the back yard. The home has two ponds and a garden area. There is a grilling station and dining as well in the back yard for entertaining guests.

I did use some items from the Sims 3 store. If you do not have them, the game will just replace the item with something from in the game.
