I repeat, BASED OFF OF. I wasn't trying to make exactly the same house, but I did incorporate a good chunk of the design into my house. (read: I forgot a few things xD) Also, I think you'll have to moveobjects on the car closest to the door. I didn't want a one car garage, but there was no more space on the lot.

Well, this is a modern styled home, not entirely sure how to categorize it - 2bd and 2 bath, right? I figure its a decent house for a family o' four, the one bed can be split. (would you really trust a child around all this glass, though?) It has plenty of room for some type of outdoor party things, a big dinner table, and a practical study.
