This is the first home I have created with The Sims 3, and I have to say what a joy it was to build. It is a one bedroom cottage, though there is an office on the first floor that could easily be converted to a second bedroom. The location I built the home is on a cliff face over looking the ocean with a lovely view of the light house, so as you will see I stuck with a nautical-esque bluish theme.
No custom content or hacks were used in this creation.
This is my first ever upload to MTS2, I hope you all enjoy it!
