In anticipation of the World Adventures EP: a french farmhouse with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, study loft, fireplaces, skillbuilders, and more. Decorated and fully furnished in the blues and yellows of the french country style. Exterior includes a barn complete with stalls and hay loft which would make a spacious guest house or recreation/party room. There are also orchards and a large mature garden planted by my playtest sim, who is a master gardener...so everything is at least "nice" in quality. Several "mystery seeds" are sprouting and it looks like one of them is a money tree. $69k furnished/$46 furnished on the 30x30 lot size.
