Spacious Modern Home

Hello there,

When I decided to build a lot, I wanted it to be modern and with lots of space, so I wrote down everything I wanted for the house and started working on it.
I worked on it for seral weeks and now it's finished. I'm pretty happy with the result that I got ;-) The mansion is quite big, is built on a 40x40 lot. It has 4 rooms( 2 master bedrooms, 1 teens/kids bedroom and a baby's room.
Bathrooms: 4 full and 2 half bathrooms.
It has a sunken indoor pool, huge outside pool, 2 gyms, a music room, a huge library, office, 2 beautiful terraces with bar, dining room, huge kitchen, living room. On top of that, has a condo for guests and garage for 4 cars.

You'll love this house, it has magnific views from the ocean and is extremely relaxing. Your sims will love it and will never want to leave the house ;-)
