Mycena - A Modern Home

Hello Everybody!

I am Luigi, and this is my first creation:



I hope you all like it, as I'm going to share more information about the house with you now.

Here's another picture of the house, a overview shot.



I spent a lot of time on the landscaping as you can see here:



And there is a garden in the back, it is currently weedy, but you can do your gardening stuff and make it nice... :P

Here is the most important room of all... In my mind, the entertainment room:



This is the room that is under the slanted skylight area, sure you can turn it into some sort of dance hip hop bang bang dance floor room or something, but I like it the way it is

(Basically the whole second floor is the master part of the house).

As of now there is no room on the lot to expand, unless you want to make the house just look awful, so your only option is to build another basement with the basement tool, and make a staircase goin' down there.

Some of the awesome features of the lot are the pool, the underground garage, and the sexy hot tub. Don't worry, it's not custom content. It's found in the debug section in the "Sort by Function" tab in by mode after you enter "Testingcheatsenabled true" then "buydebug" in the cheat entry thing. There's also a ton of other junk in there you can decorate this house with.

Other information:

As of now, I AM taking requests for modern homes. It will be much easier if you provide me with a picture, even better a floorplan and a picture so I can do the exterior and interior. I am currently working on another modern house, "Tarragona" I think thats how I spelled it. But that doesn't mean I'm not taking requests. So feel free to pm me!
