Hi everybody
This is the Deluxe Domicile, a nice modern-ish house, and my first upload to MTS2, so don't be too mean to me!

It has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
It is fully furinished, and is designed for a family of four (two adults, a male child, and female toddler) but you can change the colour of the furniture and stuff to suit family members of different genders and ages.
The lot size is 2x2 (I usually make my lots quite small!) and the price is 142,302 Simoleans (or however it's spelt ) it's a bit pricey, but you'll just have to use money cheats!

Please comment!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Yes, it is quite simple, and maybe even a little bit boring, but so what? I spent a lot of time working on this, and am actually quite proud of it. Now normally, I'm all for honesty, I prefer it if I know what people really think even if their opinion isn't really very kind towards me but in this case, I think that hate comments really aren't neccesary. (Unless, of course, someone is offering constructive criticism.) So if you don't like it, then I would appreciate it if you kept your opinion to yourself.

This one... ain't so bad... I think that I... like this house.

The only thing that I feel a bit unhappy with, might be the stairs.
Not sure why, something doesn't feel quite right about them.
I don't mind the lack of doors, goes perfect to the area
where I plan to put this house in.

I'm looking forward to next house that you might upload at
some point, maybe.
