This is a new large, airy, modern, cozy home for up to 10 people (4 Bedrooms + 1 Guest Room). There is a nice size great room and multi-purpose space, along with a kitchen with eat-in dining area, plus a formal dining room. Also, a 1 car garage is connected to the house (no car included). A secluded patio is found off the great room, with barbeque and dining area. The guest room and 1st bathroom is located downstairs as well.

Upstairs contains 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. One bedroom is designed for a child, while the other 3 could be for older company. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a balcony.
