I originally made this home a while ago, and had uploaded it to TS3 Exchange. I don't upload there anymore, and decided I would upload a few of those older homes here.

This beautiful 2-Floor home has a beachfront view in Sunset Valley, along with nice landscaping around the home, a fenced in backyard (including a closed-in small garden area), and a parking space for when your sims are ready to buy a car.
