A big thank you to Ruthless kk who allowed me to used the great floorplan she created for her "Lavender Victorian Starter" which you can find here http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=350708. That's how this house came out.

It features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living with a TV,radio and a bookcase, study with a computer, a kitchen, There is a chessboard and a swing in the garden.

The house also has a driveway and bicycle on the right of the building.


I have recolored almost everything in the house (except the plumbing) so you'll find a lot of recolored furnitures, curtains, carpets, counter, fridge, stove, wallpapers and tiled walls and some floorings, which I hope you'll enjoy.
