Hello Guys!!
I'm Dijon Kim.

This is not a great harbour actually but just a narrow beach resort.

This harbor consists of 1 story water cottages, a 2 story ship and a few waterfalls.
Your sims would very often swim to move(body skills!!lol)
If you want for this to be much more convenient for passage, I suggest you fix a gate at the right fence from the front(i.e. nearby the stern, next to the punching bag)... still easy enough to pass though :D
I hope you like these water cottages and the sky blue ship.

3 bds for 6 sims, 3.5 baths, parlor, a cabin and a deck, a kitchen, a nursery, a spa,
a outdoor beverage bar and waterfalling cliffs for stargazing...etc.

Sorry that recolored objects are hardly included because of too heavy file size, but all furnished!!
