Someone said they liked my other seaside house, but that they couldn't handle much larger than a 3x3 lot and a two story house. So, I built this just for people who can't handle the larger lots.

Lot Size: 3x3
Cost: 34,724

One bedroom, one bathroom, living/dining/kitchen.

The living area has a raised living room portion. Bathroom and kitchen are furnished.

Recolours included: Cherrywood floors, rail, stair and mirror recolours. Soft Smoke counters and shower.
