BIG UPDATE 19/4/10
I added another version of the lot. That was made in AGS with only AL so even more people can enjoy this! Both files are marked separately. The only difference between this and the original upload is that I replaced some M&G-plants and a tree.

Looking for a place to take your kids and enjoy together each other's company? Are your kids so full of energy, that all they want to do is play and enjoy the fresh air? Then this is for you!



This park is designed especially for kids and teens. A good old playground with alot of things to do and meet other youngsters! Climb, swing, play or slide, this is the right place to release your energy.


Includes:

*Playground-objects
*Picnic-area with a grill
*Benches for parents to sit and chat
*No CC!

Instructions:
Download file "Family Fun-park.zip" if you have ALL EP's and SP's installed.
Download file "Family Fun-park for AL.zip" if you have only AL or AL+any other EP's/SP's installed.

Please note, that this lot doesn't include public bathroom. Since I didn't want to include any CC to this file, you can download a outhouse of your choice and add it to the lot. There's space behind the swing, in the other corner of the lot. Outhouses can be found for example HERE at MTS or HERE at MATY (Portapotty from Pet Stories). Since I don't usually keep my own sims in community lots very long, I didn't remember to add it

A Tip For Getting Neighbourhood kids To Visit The Lot:
Download Twojeff's hack Visitor Controller (found HERE) and place it to the lot (found in Misc./Misc). Make your sim visit the lot and click the object at the park. Select Age-> Ban Elders and Ban Adults. Now your kids and teens can enjoy the company of other kids in their home hood. Great way to get to know each other!
