The Rancher is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom ranch style house. (There is an option for a 4th bedroom/nursery, by simply converting the study into another bedroom). It is set in a rather unusual side style. The garage is at the front of the house, and the entry is on the left hand side. There is a good size living area, complete with fireplace (whith NO ugly red brick chimney!!!), and a cozy kitchen/dining area. Just off of the kitchen, is a utility room/walkthrough, which leads to the garage. Outside there is a large patio/BBQ area, complete with subtle lighting, perfect for those evening meals, or night-time parties! There is also a good size pond, a childs play area and a gardening patch.
