10 Seaview Road - NO CC!
My first upload. Has some basis on Pinecat's The Chester, but whenever I was messing with floor elevation and split levels, I failed. Badly.
The lowest point is the garage and driveway. There are flights of steps up to the house, which is both on elevated ground and on a foundation. The house itself is 2 stories (ground and first) with a spiral staircase.
The ground floor has:
The garden has flower/shrubbery clusters around the steps and the front door. All rooms are painted, floored and have lights.

Recommended downloads: Purplepaws @ MTS 'Comfy Carpet Collection' (Spearmint and Sherbet go nice in the smaller bedrooms) and HolySimoly's Simply Elegant Curtains - the lime green ones are fabulous in the RHS bedroom! Sims2Artists' dinad2610 has a lovely chic country rail in white that is much nicer than the one I've used. It was originally going to be in the file but the mods don't like it as it is also available on TSR.

- Kitchen/Dining area (fitted with cooker, fridge and smoke alarm)
- Study
- Entrance Hall (Burglar alarm)
- Toilet (plus sink)
- Spare 3x3 room
- Enclosed Deck with 2 deckchairs and end table
- Master bedroom w/en suite (toilet, sink, shower and bath)
- 2 smaller bedrooms
- Bathroom fitted with toilet, sink and shower
