A 3 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms (one en suite) with a garage attached, a large living are which includes a neat kitchen and dining area.

With the large windows and brick and concrete walls, it is perfect for a modern family where one member to join the garden club or grow fruit trees and vegetables.

As all my simple homes, it has:

no CC
Fixtures only (including lights, alarms, phone, kitchen and bathroom objects)
One level only
All plants accessible
Playability above all.
