This Mod is Compatible with AMB + FLS + LN + OLS + GEN

What This Mod Does:
There are 2 versions of this mod. One of them allows you to detonate objects on community lots and not be fined. The other version allows you to do the same but just be fined less. For the second flavor (less fines), the most you will be fined for minimal amount of damage will be §25, medium is §300, and a high amount of damage is §750.

The default amounts that you are usually fined are as follows:
Minimal: §50
Medium: §600
Highest: §1500

The default multiplier for how much you will be charged depends on how much damage you do. I have changed this from .9 to .5 (this is for the lower detonating fine version, the no fines version is set to .0)

You still will receive the notices that you are going to be fined for the detonation itself, but you won't actually be fined. I'm still trying to figure out how to disable the pop-up all together. I set the pop-up notice to 0, but for some reason I still receive pop-ups. This will be looked into further.

Compatibility:
This Mod is NOT compatible with my other mod.. SCT_Inventing. This mod is also not compatible with any other mod that edits the InventingSkill_XML file.

Core Mod?
This is NOT a core mod and should not interfere with any core mods installed.
