This is another of the requested lots seen in the screen shot of my decorated example of my Old Town neighborhood map that can be found here: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=404076

Here is a comparison shot of the original lot in the Sims Unleashed and mine in the Sims 2.
All objects are Maxis. The wall, floors, and ground covers were made by me.





I only use Maxis objects because I know that everyone does not have the space for a ton of custom content in their game and others simply do not want it. I have made some substitutions that seem to work nicely.
