Set in renovated Victorian rowhouses and lushly landscaped, this shopping/recreation center offers just about everything your sim could desire including:

Restaurant
Clothing Boutique
Pet Shop
Restroom/Vending area
Pool house with changing rooms and showers
Soccer field and basketball court
childrens play ground
Poker Bar/Pool hall
General store ( groceries, magazines, games)
Disco ( to get down with your bad self)
Internet cafe ( books, computers and coffee bar)

The second floor on all units is completely bare (with the exception of lighting) to keep the file size down and load times reasonable. No reason you could not go in and add more stuff up there if your computer can handle it and you are so inclined This has been playtested and simmies seemed to love it...especially the disco. They just cant seem to resist making fools of themselves, can they? I hope you enjoy using it as much as I enjoyed building it.
