Tide Water is a two bedroom, three bath executive, luxury home with pool for a career-minded, workaholic Sim who wants total comfort during his or her free time and plenty of space to entertain and schmooze. The lot started out flat but was raised to allow for the lower level garage and to help the house have executive, luxury views of the tide (if placed next to water).
