Heather Home is a modern mansion. It's many different rooms found within this unique floor plan offer many things for your sims to do and enjoy

The master bedroom is located on the 3rd floor with master bath and walk out patio.Also on the third floor is the observatory (accsessed through the kitchen stairs ).


The front door/living/dining/rec/laundry rooms are on the second story. This space has a wonderful rec room in an open well lit area of the home. It is connected to the dining room. The kitchen has an island, pantry and stairs leading to the observatory. Did I mention there is also a door to another patio for entertaining?


The first floor contains the other two bedrooms as well as a library, Gym (with sauna), theater room and three bathrooms. It also has a 3 car garage accesable from this floor and we can not forget the walk out to the pool



The pool area is a wonderful place to entertain, sit and relax playing chess, have a few drinks by the pool, or gaze at the cute calming fountains. There are stairs leading to the 2nd floor kitchen patio are just around the corner if you want to bbq or just relax overlooking the pool.
