Virtual copy of the house made from the original Walt Disney movie 'Honey, I Shrunk the Kids' aired in 1989.
There's not a single picture of the house on internet, so it was recreated according to only what the movie reveals.
The real house itself should be located at Estudios Churubusco Azteca in Mexico, where the whole movie was shot.

This lot has three houses, Szalinski with Thompsons (fully furnished) as neighbors and third one is a visual addition,
just like in the movie it had no action. So it is left empty and of course for lower price, because it's already 190k.
You will find kind of an "attic" in the house, but unfortunately there's no shrinking machine. The iron fence in a backyard suppose to be half lower also the Thompsons house roof suppose to be red and a lot more that Sims 3 just couldn't do. Rooms that were not revealed in the movie like upper floor of Szalinski house improvised aswell.

So I think you might want to watch this movie once again, but this time from a different aspect of view.
