Konnichiwa everyone! This is my second estate in The Sims 3 for ModTheSims which is called the Lexington Estate (not based on an actual home.) Please enjoy the house!

5 bedroom + 3.5 bath. This property is rich with luxury and should have your Sims relaxed after a hard day of work. Safety features included, this home starts at $408,631 or $94,606 on a 30x30 lot.

This property features a fully decorated front yard with trees, flowers, and grass. The foyer of the house leads you to the formal dining area (capable of 7) and/or the study, where the computer is. The stairs to the second floor are in the Great Room and the garage has 1 Mercedes, 1 BMW, and 1 Toyota. Located right behind those areas are the Great Room (which is the combination of a living room and a family room) and the beautiful kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything your Sims need to live. The kitchen also includes a non-formal dining area with a laptop. This kitchen also has areas leading to the basement and a 0.5 bath.

The second floor of the property features 4 bedrooms, 3 are fully furnished, but one is left not furnished for you to customize or turn into a loft. The basement includes one bedroom (with a double bed in a separate room.) The basement also has the laundry area, music and recreation, and an entertainment center. There is one full bath in the basement located near the stairs.
