Here's hoping you can use a new house for a new sim . . . one that has an interesting floor plan with split level second floor, and neutral outside decor that should fit in any contemporary neighborhood. This house has 3 to 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. One of the downstairs bedrooms is furnished as a family room with TV. Upstairs there is a cozy sitting area in front of a fireplace. Up another half flight you will find the large master suite and bath. Take a closer look!
