All the neighbors in Sunset Hills got together and agreed to paint their houses in shades of rose, coral, and pink to go along with the name of their subdivision. This house was a model home until William Wingo bought it. He is a sim with family aspiration and is hoping to attract a wife with this girlie house. His family will be able to live here comfortably no matter how large it gets. Two comfortable bedrooms on the ground floor would make a master suite with adjoining nursery. Second floor has 3 more bedrooms, and third floor has an empty bonus room to be customized as necessary. Base game garage can also be converted to more living space. Back decks and pool complete the property. I will make a note here that the uploaded version has never been lived in. Your sims will be the first!
