I got tired of watching my pets do their business, only to turn around and lick the very puddle they had created, so I made this mod. It prevents pets from licking puddles (note that it will prevent them from licking all puddles, not just the ones they made, as the game makes no distinction between them).

7/27/11 update: I've heard of a bug involving infinitely respawning puddles from broken baths. I've added a new version which should hopefully not have this problem. So if you're getting that bug, use the second file instead of the first.
