I seem to be on an uploading binge lately. xD Which shall only get worse once my Sims 3 order arrives!! :DD

Anywho, "The Vanguard" is a large modern, two bedroom, two bathroom house with plenty of space.

There is a bbq area out the back, as well as a football goal thinga-me-bob with plenty of tree's for some shade.

The living room is quite huge, as is the kitchen and master bedroom which also is equipped with a fireplace, a patio and an ensuite.
