Long-time Sim townie, Benjamin Long, selected this model, Canyon Rim, when it was finally his turn for his own place. Being a bachelor, he loved the open floor plan for entertaining and schmoozing and the two master bedrooms with ensuite, one on each floor, so that he can have a roommate to help him pay the bills. The back yard has a good sized slab for barbecuing and a pool for working out, and the landscaping won't need any watering, so Benjamin was able to check off everything on his wish list. I hope your Sim will too!
