Maison de Fenêtre is a quaint, French inspired cottage.

It consists of an open living, dining, and kitchen area one bedroom, a bathroom/laundry, a toilet. Room for 1-2 sims. The house was originally planned to be a starter, but once I started building I couldn't stop, so the house is in the 20,000 to 30,000 range. The lot size itself is approximately 10 X 15, but can be placed on larger lots for expansion.

Sorry for the bad name, I was feeling very uncreative.
