Here is a modern dorm for dedicated sims who need plenty of help unwinding from a hard day "studying." The dorm is small, only 4 rooms, but you have an aquarium pool, jacuzzi, cafeteria, workout area, study area, and two common TV watching areas, one with big screen. All work and no play makes a sim a dull boy or girl, right? Many thanks to our own friend and fellow simmer, Charmful, for the idea. This dorm is dedicated to her!
